On the waterfront will be located residential entertainment complex Palm Beach Tower, consisting of three high-rise buildings with luxury apartments from one to three bedrooms. The complex will also include many stores, restaurants, health and fitness centers, parks, swimming pools and sports fields. The Palm Beach Tower will offer panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and some of Dubai’s most famous landmarks as well as its own beach club and park, a shaded landscape complex with a variety of waterfront restaurants and stores, swimming pool, BBQ area and fitness center including a jogging track.
